Our pickle barrel is handmade of thick oak staves, bound and pinned with steel bands for fermenting. The oak wood barrel will impart flavors you will love. Traditionally oak barrels are used for fermentation, pickling, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic, apples, mushrooms and food storage. All oak barrels for pickling in our store are made from sustainable, ecologically certified wood.
There are items in our store with different sizes for 5 l, 10 l, 15 l, 20 l, 23 l, 30 l, 50 l and 100 l of brine with stainless steel hoops. Stainless steel hoops, do not rust, do not require painting and constant replacement. The lid is equipped with a Twist Of lock.
